My husband and I needed some repair work done to our back deck, railings and stairs, and received Nelson's name from some friends of ours who had work done by him. Nelson came over to evaluate our deck railing and stairs and was able to accurately assess our needs. He was able to talk to us and make recommendations for our project. He came up with a detailed proposal, including our requested materials, that met all of our needs and at a price that was within our budget requirements. When some material changes needed to be made, Nelson made some wonderful suggestions to help improve the project. We found Nelson to be very professional and hands-on as he would check in with his professional and courteous staff on pretty much a daily basis, ensuring that work was progressing to our expectations.
