We have hired Seven Hills Construction to do work for us several times in the past from roofing to siding.  Most recently they replaced the metal panels on our roof chimneys that were in much need of repair, and during the process Nelson’s team identified what could have eventually turned into hidden water damage. Instead of ignoring it, they took the time to explain the issue and replaced the damaged wood properly, preventing future problems. The work was done professionally, with great attention to detail, and they left absolutely no mess behind. The crew was respectful, honest, and very reputable. My husband and I needed some repair work done to our back deck, railings and stairs, and received Nelson's name from some friends of ours who had work done by him. Nelson came over to evaluate our deck railing and stairs and was able to accurately assess our needs.  He was able to talk to us and make recommendations for our project. He came up with a detailed proposal, including our requested materials, that met all of our needs and at a price that was within our budget requirements. When some material changes needed to be made, Nelson made some wonderful suggestions to help improve the project. We found Nelson to be very professional and hands-on as he would check in with his professional and courteous staff on pretty much a daily basis, ensuring that work was progressing to our expectations. We appreciated Nelson's ethical philosophy of not starting a new project until his current project was completed. We were very pleased with the end result of our project - a beautifully framed deck, railing system and reinforced stairs - completed in a timely fashion.
